For starters, I have had a custom homebuilding business in Troy, Ohio for nearly 35 years so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to good service and craftmanship. Peake Roofing provided both!
I have an investment home in Cincinnati, 80 miles from my location, that my daughter is living in. She noticed stains in her ceiling, and it was obviously a roof leak of some sort. My roofers were too busy to travel that far to inspect so I called a local roofing contractor strictly off of their reviews.

Peake Roofing did an incredible job on my roof replacement. Honest, trustworthy, and no up-selling! Brendan, Zach, and crew showed up when they said they were going to & got the job done quicker than expected (6,000 square foot roof with steep pitch in 2 days, including complete tear-off and some plywood replacement). As a Realtor, I have plenty of experience with good & bad contractors & can honestly say this was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be calling Brendan for all future home & rental needs! Thanks, boys!
