“My daughter and I were having a crummy day and decided to get our nails done. I knew without an appointment this might be a fruitless mission but we headed out anyway. We picked Vivid on a whim! When we walked in we were greeted, talked about what we wanted, and expectations were set. My daughter (5) had a great time and I'm thrilled with my fill in. I can't wait to set my next appointment.

There are so many salons in the area that treat you like garbage, stare at you when you walk in, and make you wait instead of letting you know what the wait will be. Vivid is NOT that place. I'm grateful we were able to walk-in but would highly recommend having an appointment!“

“I love this place. I've had fabulous experiences with multiple services - manicure/pedicure, lash lifts and facials.I recently had a subpar manicure with a newer nail tech. I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. This level of attention to customer service is what keeps me coming back here.Side note: Amber H gives the BEST manicure! Highly recommend!“

“Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

I went to several hairdressers after she left, but was never satisfied until I decided to take the drive back to her. Finally a received a haircut to my liking again. Everyone here was so kind and it was a really homely vibe for me personally. I'm on the road alone lot so I don't get to interact with people often anymore. I really enjoyed that aspect.

Prices were very fair too. I paid $100 which included the shampoo and blow dry too. I definitely paid extra cause she took the rest of my braids out that I couldn't before hand.

Thank you so much for being willing to go above and beyond despite my poor communication ??‍♂️????

“I’ve been to The House of Beauty twice in the last few months. Both experiences were great! My mom, sisters and I scheduled pedicures for Mother’s Day. I loved it so much, I ended up booking a private nail party for my daughter’s wedding. Definitely recommend!!!“

“I was looking for a different place to get a manicure, and I found Prism. I booked online and I realized I did it wrong I message the site and Mariah was super helpful and understanding. When I went I had the best experience, she was friendly and did an amazing job on just regular polish. I love how she leaves my nails, it lasts long and they look amazing.
