“Aleisha was incredible! I came in on Saturday five minutes before they closed, the day before Easter. I walked through the door, not expecting that they would actually cut my hair. Aleisha greeted me with a smile. I told her that I was sorry for walking in five minutes before close and that if it was too late to get a haircut, I would completely understand. With the most genuine smile and answer, she told me absolutely not, she would be happy to cut my hair. She took her time and I couldn’t have been happier with the haircut. It would’ve been so easy for her to tell me they were closed, and that I was too late, but she didn’t. She gave me an incredible haircut! The whole situation, encounter, whatever you wanna call it, gave me hope for humanity.lol I really hope that when the time comes and I have an opportunity to treat someone with the kindness Aleisha showed me, that I rise in the occasion like she did. Great Clips is extremely lucky to have her, and I don’t believe I’ll ever go anywhere else for a haircut! Thank you again Aleisha!“

She really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asking thoughtful questions and making sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. “Britt was recommended to me by a friend and now she is the only person I trust with my hair. Before her I would wait years before going to get my hair cut because the numerous times I'd leave a haircut with it messed up at other places. I gave Britt a chance and I'm so happy I did. She is fantastic! I followed her from one salon to her new salon. Most of her clients did lol. I trust her to do whatever to my hair. We've had fun with color and some different styles. Right now we found my favorite look so far. The other clients here seem to adore the other stylists too.

The atmosphere is friendly, open and spacious, with natural and overhead lighting. Comfortable chairs. Clean. You are in good hands here.“

“Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

“Ashley does an amazing job on every aspect of my hair - cut, wash, style. The space is open and welcoming.

One negative of the space (and not a reflection of the service in any way!) - The seats in the waiting area are old bucket seats, so they aren't comfortable for bigger bodies.“

Basically, I’ve always needed a full week before a haircut feels right or looks good to me.

I’ve thrown that rule out the window.I’ve never had such consistently great haircuts in my life. Somehow, the jumble of half-baked ideas I use to explain what I want gets interpreted perfectly—and transformed into a cut that actually looks and feels right.

“I have been in and out of the hospital since Nov 2024 and my hair was taking a beating. I made an online appointment with Tayler and worried that my hair was too far gone. Tayler was so friendly, compassionate and understanding as she washed my hair, cut it the blow dried it. It was the most humanizing experience - she is great to talk to and really loves what she does. I highly recommend this spa and Tayler for all you would want for your hair and more.“

“I had the most amazing experience today at TMR Salon. The building is absolutely gorgeous and it’s truly a spa experience. My appointment was with Katherine for a color correction and cut. She was such a joy to work with. She listened to what I was wanting to achieve and delivered the most beautiful color that has ever been done on my hair. I went in dull and grown out and she brought me back to life giving me beautiful blonde color. She answered all my questions and not only covered my greys but my concerns. Even priced favorably. With having a family to take care of and a full time job she fit my busy schedule and narrow budget. Love my experience and Judi. The salon is adorable and clean. I will be returning as a regular and it was my pleasure to sit in her chair.“

“They have priced me out of their shop! I'm just a normal working girl and almost fell out of the chair when I was priced 275 (not including the tip) This is by far the most I have ever paid - by far.far far the most I asked at the front desk how much it would be and she estimated about170 which was more in line with my previous visits there with other stylists. Shane was very nice and did a great job he put in a ton of foils, added a toner at the end and gave me a cut.I had originally asked him for a highlight with color in between the foils and he discouraged me from going that route because it would cost more. I shudder to think what that would have set me back. My hair looks very good but bring your wallet if you are going there...sorry but a very honest review“

I had a traumatic experience with a previous hair stylist who made me feel like my hair was too dead to do anything with, and Scarlett ensured me that wasn’t the case, and gave me the hair I’ve always wanted. She did an AMAZING job on my hair, and gave me a level of confidence I’ve never felt before. Not only was Scarlett amazing but every single woman in this place is as well.
