I just adore the staff at this Great Clips. Believe it or not, each one of my family members prefer to see a specific, but different stylist and nobody there ever bats an eye about it, even when we are calling in every two weeks asking who is working. We have always been happy and well cared for by all of the staff at Great Clips in Cold Springs and recommend them to anyone wanting a pleasant hair cutting experience.

I needed at least 12" cut off my hair (surgery on shoulder coming up). Most places will not do that much in 1 setting. When I asked, she was good with it. I actually had 14" cut off, and still past my shoulders. Thank you so much, I will be able to take care of it with one arm now.

Never really had an issue there. I just keep checking the app to see when they aren't too busy and then I check in. I'm only 10 minutes away so I never sit long to get a cut. Sometimes I just walk in and they're ready for me.
