She knows I don't like to primp on my hair so she cuts it just perfect so when I get up in the morning I just brush it and spray it and go! She is very kind and listens to what you want her to do. “Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

“Britt was recommended to me by a friend and now she is the only person I trust with my hair. Before her I would wait years before going to get my hair cut because the numerous times I'd leave a haircut with it messed up at other places. I gave Britt a chance and I'm so happy I did. She is fantastic! I followed her from one salon to her new salon. Most of her clients did lol. I trust her to do whatever to my hair. We've had fun with color and some different styles. Right now we found my favorite look so far. The other clients here seem to adore the other stylists too.

“I just came in on the fly for a women’s cut and style. My stylist Jessica did an amazing job and was so personable and kind. I’m so picky and she has me looking like a Kardashian with this mid length bob! Absolutely STUNNING haircut. She was also fast and detailed. I won’t let anyone touch my hair and I felt completely comfortable. She worked around my five earrings in each ear (I should have took them out!) like it was nothing and combed my hair softly. I will be back and referring others here. The price was also extremely fair which is rare for women’s haircuts, especially the one I got. Normally the long amount she cut off would have been much more ANYWHERE else! What a great place.“

She not only took my little guy as a walk in, she made him happy. She was very energetic, very nice and spoke with all of us the whole time we were there.
