2900 Town Center Blvd, Crestview Hills“Trish Osborne does my hair at Dillard's in Crestview Hills. She does a phenomenal job on my hair! And her cuts are amazing! She knows I don't like to primp on my hair so she cuts it just perfect so when I get up in the morning I just brush it and spray it and go! She is very kind and listens to what you want her to do. She is just a very sweet classy lady! I won't go to anyone else.
