Had to drop from 5 star to 4 star, as a day after they left I had a different plug-in for sump pimp quit working. I give Durbin credit for making it a priority due to incoming rain. They showed up on time and trouble shot the issue, which turned out to be one of the tandom circuit breakers that they had installed. But yet I was charged a $200.00 service charge for an issue that they causeed under the initial job. Not happy about being charged for something that should have been correct to start with.“

Several people never showed and others showed up to take measurements but never got back to me with a price. Jason came in, friendly as ever, gave me a rundown of how he does things. Came back a week later with a crew, took measurements, then had me a solid quote by the following week. Overall, these guys did an awesome job and got it done in a timely manner. “When we began experiencing water intrusion in our finished basement it was a nightmare scenario - one that needed to be addressed immediately and perminantly. Its not the kind of problem you can afford to drag your feet on. My wife and I immediately started researching waterproofing companies. KCS was able to come out and give us an estimate very quickly. Ed, the General Manager, came out personally to give us an estimate. While we were waiting on the other company, we looked closely at the proprietary interior french drain system offered by KCS and decided it stood tall above the rest, so we canceled the other company and contracted with KCS. They were able to get started by the following weekend. Henry, the Formen was a real blessing - a very joyful man with a strong work ethic and an overwhelming commitment to providing quality workmanship. His entire crew was very diligent and professional. I was impressed by the fact that they were willing to work over the 4th of July weekend to get this problem resolved. To us it was an emergency situation, and Henry and his team treated it as such. It was a tremendous amount of work, but they pressed on, undeterred by the heat and finished the whole job in two days. Very impressive. They worked as cleanly as they could and diligently picked up after themselves. At the end of the job we were taken downstairs and everything they did was thoroughly explained to us.
