We could not have asked for a better working relationship than the one we had with Bailey. We were updated daily concerning the process and what was coming next. Ian was a delight to work with, he showed up every day with a smile and quickly became part of our family. Liam and Trevor were always upbeat and pleasant and were a great addition to the team. While we did not have a lot of interaction with the subcontractors, when we did they were always pleasant and professional. The work site was cleaned every day and the final cleaning was excellent.

Bailey is a very organized company. They provide you with a schedule and most services were completed ahead of schedule. They have a physical office in St. Matthews where you meet with them initially and one more time. Workers showed up at scheduled times and sometimes even ahead of schedule. Felt incredibly comfortable being able to leave our home and nothing walking away on us. Quality workmanship. We will not think twice about hiring them again a needs arise.
