We just finished our third house renovation project with Bailey Design + Build. We remodeled our first-floor bath, bedroom, and kitchen in our Highlands home. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
The main reason we have continued to use Bailey Design + Build is that they promised a completion date and delivered on it, which is rare. Using the Builder Trend website, we tracked our timeline, to-dos, communicated change orders, and made payments. We also really appreciated having Allonte, the property manager, on-site, ensuring everything was done correctly and to the highest standard.
