From the moment Michelle answered the phone, listened to my frustration of 2 to 3 previous floor company quotes, I felt for the first time I was heard! One company, the man kept insisting on speaking to my husband even though I was the one taking care of it. Like really? Called another company, explained, so they sent a woman. Didn't even send me an email until 2 weeks later with a quote after I already hired Unique! I knew exactly what type of flooring I wanted for my upstairs level, to match my main floor level. The estimate Unique Flooring provided was almost half of other estimates we received. I was concerned that they were so much less expensive but they did a great job! There was some stain on the walls but we planned on painting anyway so it wasn't much of an issue. The workers left trash in the house and they did not remove the plastic from the cabinets. It wasn't an issue for us to pick up and remove the plastic but for some people it might be. For the money we saved, it was well worth it and I would recommend Unique Flooring Solutions.

Everyone with Unique has been such a pleasure to work with. Rodney tore out the old carpet on our second floor and gave new life to the pine floors underneath. He was so kind and did such a wonderful job. We would absolutely recommend Unique to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!
