“Sick Homes did a wonderful job adding on my dream deck. It is a second story screened in 20 x 20 porch allowing me to be able to enjoy indoor/outdoor living in the country. This project involved installation of the ceiling fans, special outlets for a hottub and installed a gorgeous tile floor.SHS also put on a new roof during this project. They hire trusted subcontractors for each part of the project, which ensured that every aspect of our renovation was done by an expert in that field. From the electrician to the tile installer, each tradesman was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Tradeworks made sure of it.Tradeworks also allowed us to do the project in phases, which helped us manage our cashflow. We upgraded all the electric, fixed the second-floor joists, and remodeled the kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, and turned a bedroom on the second floor into a laundry room. It was a big project. “We live in a preservation area.We enclosed a screened porch a couple years ago. The workers were nice, did a good job, always cleaned up before they left. I found out after the work started that because this was considered a new build we did not have to go with the preservation guidelines. There was already a foundation and roof that did not have to be changed.We did have update the electrics. I feel it was a bit overprice since there was no plumbing going in and did not have to go by preservation guidelines. I have called regarding a couple of things that has not been never fully addressed.I pretty much knew what I wanted but I feel the "design" team could have had made some suggestions on some things to make them better.Service: Home addition construction“

After several conversations with ******** regarding the claim, GTC was quick to repair the damaged area and provide a good match of the existing shingles. Very timely and professional.
