Trey and Trey were very professional and did a great job. Durbin themselves was reasonable price in today's economy. Had to drop from 5 star to 4 star, as a day after they left I had a different plug-in for sump pimp quit working. I give Durbin credit for making it a priority due to incoming rain. They showed up on time and trouble shot the issue, which turned out to be one of the tandom circuit breakers that they had installed. But yet I was charged a $200.00 service charge for an issue that they causeed under the initial job. Not happy about being charged for something that should have been correct to start with.
Durbin Electric is fantastic. They are professional and were very patient. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality service. They explained everything! We needed a new remote they searched and found one.
They couldn’t have been nicer! They went the extra mile on this job, but that’s part of living in an old house.
