We live in a preservation area.We enclosed a screened porch a couple years ago. The workers were nice, did a good job, always cleaned up before they left. I found out after the work started that because this was considered a new build we did not have to go with the preservation guidelines. There was already a foundation and roof that did not have to be changed.We did have update the electrics. I feel it was a bit overprice since there was no plumbing going in and did not have to go by preservation guidelines. This company is outstanding. I can not say enough good things about them. They were always on time, always respectful and polite, and everyday had their mess from work cleaned up. They were phenomenal. Their workmanship was nothing less than perfect. They gave timelines so we would know when to expect things to be finished and they finished before their timeline. They essentially renovated our entire house. In fact they did the upper floor for us with the first contract and we were so pleased and happy with them that we signed another contract to do the first floor. So, needed a complete bathroom redo plus possible new floor in living room. Met with several remodeler people. Decided to go with Gary Brown Designs. We, wife and I, are glad we did. After mtg with Gary, Debra came out, met with both of us, ( mostly my wife), at home and at various stores to choose colors, designs, floor stuff, fixtures, etc. James and Chad did the work in the bathroom, which was completely gutted out, and installed new flooring in the bathroom and our back living room.
