EDIT: I had a large lead limb from a tree come down on my roof after hours on a Friday night (couple years after my new roof). It was to continue to rain all weekend and I did not know if I had a roof penetration. Ryan had a guy out in less than two hours to give it a look. Repairs were handled quickly & professionally. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.Bob walked my husband and I through every step.
