From the start, when Quincy first came and walked us through the process showing us pictures of the appearance of our very old roof to when we saw the finished beautiful new roof, he was with us all the way. He brought us samples of shingles. I had trouble visualizing what a whole roof would look like, and he shared his expertise as to what colors would blend and brighten our home. He kept us apprised of each step. He provided the personal touch we so appreciated. It was a challenge finding rain free days. Finally, no rain was forecast for two days. His crew came at 7:30 AM and began attacking the old shingles. They were hard working, professional and efficient. When they left at 8:30 PM that night after cleaning up everything, it was as if a genie had come and waved a magic wand. EDIT: I had a large lead limb from a tree come down on my roof after hours on a Friday night (couple years after my new roof). It was to continue to rain all weekend and I did not know if I had a roof penetration. Ryan had a guy out in less than two hours to give it a look. Repairs were handled quickly & professionally. “The roof and gutter replacement was excellent from start to finish. This was an insurance claim job and Dennis Roady and Kaiser took care of everything with our insurance adjuster. He took responsibility to be sure the insurance company was fair in the claim settlement. I cannot say the same for my insurance company and the two adjusters assigned to our claim. They lowballed every step of the way. Without the knowledge and experience of Dennis Roady, I doubt we would have received half the amount the insurance company eventually paid.

The work crew was well organized and took great care in protecting our property and fully removing every bit of scrap. I think in the weeks after the job, I found 1 roofing nail.

“Having to contract our roof was a daunting process for our first time, terminology to learn, quotes to get, cost etc. We received multiple quotes around the area, but heard good things about Molloy Roofing and thought "What's one more quote?"... Ted and his team exceeded our expectations, preperations were made to cover our foliage around our home. Tarps were laid to cover our roof when a pop up shower blew in. As well as offering to trim our tree where some branches overhung the roof. All in all the job was done within a days time and they did excellent work.

We are more than happy and relieved about the job being finished. Over years and years of experience and it truly shows. I look forward to do buisness with them again in the future. As well as recommend them to anyone for their upcoming projects. Thanks again Molloy!“
