First of all, Andy, our estimator, was honest about our roof work and got an estimate to us within 24 hrs. He responded quickly and the whole experience of setting up our roof work was seamless. I was kept apprised of everything going on and the actual work got done very quickly. The guys came to my house, got the paint from me and essentially said they would fix the roof and be gone. Well that’s exactly what they did and everything looks great. When we have to get a new roof next year, we will absolutely use Deer Park, not because they are cheapest, but because they are professional, honest, and with them, you know you are actually going to get great quality work done. “Having to contract our roof was a daunting process for our first time, terminology to learn, quotes to get, cost etc. We received multiple quotes around the area, but heard good things about Molloy Roofing and thought "What's one more quote?"... It was our BEST quote. We were met with equal parts professionalism and courteousy. Eric was very knowledgeable in any questions we had. As well as helped making a stressful obligation into a casual conversation. Communication with all staff stayed consistent and we NEVER once felt like we were left in the dark.<br><br>Molloy was our midrange option and pricing was happily reasonable, compared to our other estimates.<br><br>The timeline to have the job scheduled stayed consistent and even moved ahead quicker than inticipated.<br><br>Ted overseed our project going forward and again we were met with another very expierenced and friendly individual that helped eased ourselves going forward.<br><br>On the day of the project the crew started really early and let us know before they started the job. Ted and his team exceeded our expectations, preperations were made to cover our foliage around our home. Tarps were laid to cover our roof when a pop up shower blew in. As well as offering to trim our tree where some branches overhung the roof. All in all the job was done within a days time and they did excellent work.<br><br>We are more than happy and relieved about the job being finished. “Dominic from Coldstream exteriors came out very quickly after my front gutter was taken out by a storm. He assess the damages and we determine that it was cheaper to self-pay than the insurance. I ask him to check the rope because my Handiman said it probably needed to be replaced. Dominic went over it with the fine tooth comb and all the gutters and indeed it was 18 years old. I also had him inspect all the gutters and he gave me a great estimate and a very quick turnaround time. Dominic was there and my roof was done within like a week and two or three days. The folks that work for him were excellent. They cleaned up they showed up and did an outstanding job oh my neighbor stopped by to tell me what a great job they did. Also, Dominic showed up often at the job and even called to check to see how things were going. You couldn’t ask for a better company. There’s too many fly-by-night roofers that use subcontractors and Coldstream is not one of them. They are Christian company which I very much appreciate it. You cannot go wrong with them. I did my homework and checking reviews, and they were highly committed by my insurance companies personnel, thank you cold stream and Dominic”
“Vision Technologies and Ty did a fantastic job installing our new gutters at a very reasonable price relative to the other estimates we received. Ty was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. In addition, Ty came back and repaired several nail pops he discovered on our roof which had begun to cause minor leaks. (Vision Technologies did not install our new roof 5 years ago....but I now wish they had!) I would not hesitate to recommend VT to anyone.”

“After several roofing companies inspected our roof, at the time experiencing a slow leak around the chimney-hip section, we decided to go with SR.<br><br>Before this decision however, I discovered that some local roofer(s) may tell the customer they carry insurance and workers comp, when in reality they may not. SO IF YOU GET NOTHING ELSE FROM THIS REVIEW, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS FACT. I've dealt with contractors for years and am aware the homeowner can be held liable, in the event something happens. Anyway, Aaron was happy to provide evidence of both. Which was the beginning of great service by him and his crew.<br><br>Solution performed our tricky repair in an expedient manner, to professional trade standards. Even gave pics after their shingle and vinyl side removal, clearly pinpointing for us right where the cause had been. Which was helpful considering the infiltration occurred at the blindside base where a person simply can't see standing from lower deck level.<br><br>Done within budget, and managing the often unpredictable weather we seem to have in our Southwest region. “I am not one to post reviews but Jeremy and Zack were fantastic and honest. I had issues with the eaves/roof line (see attached) not being installed properly on my covered patio which was discovered by critter control. After receiving 2 bids from other roofers telling me I needed to replace my entire roof on my 5 year old home, I reached out to Assist Roofing. The inspection was SO thorough and they re-assured me a new roof was not needed and came up with a plan to make the necessary fixes. Further they went above and beyond to explain everything and what the options were. I will recommend them any day”

The job took about half a day longer than originally estimated due to some unexpected rotted decking they uncovered, but they kept us in the loop the whole time and didn't tack on crazy hidden fees.
