Adam, Tim, and Valentino were fantastic - all competent, polite and helpful. Were efficient and friendly, accommodated requests with no problem. Price point was good until the manager tried to charge $300 to add a fascia board for what would have been less than $50 at Lowe's. I would have them back no problem, but will ask more questions about add-ons next time.

UPDATE: After sending the videos to their claims team, I got a call that they wanted to figure out a solution. They refunded me for the work that was not performed and informed me that internal action was taken against the worker who provided false information. I’m glad they eventually wanted to find a way to resolve the issue. It’s a bummer it took so much arguing to get here, but at least they tried to support their staff, which isn’t a bad thing. Changing from one to three stars since they came around and fixed the erroneous information. Not making it higher since it took so long to resolve.
