“I had some issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of and received 4 estimates from roofers and handymen. Mike Thompson was the only one who didn’t try to a) scare me into installing a new roof or b) sell me services I didn’t need (sealing box gutters that had recently been sealed). He assessed the problems correctly and gave me a fair price. Communication about timing was impeccable.I still had some minor issues after he did the repairs (not his fault, just wear and tear and previous sub-par work), so I texted him and he came out the next day to fix them free of charge. “I met Darren about a year ago at Orange Theory Fitness where I learned that he owned a roofing company. I had some damage to my roof back in March ‘23 from the bad wind storms we had. I immediately knew I was gonna need a new roof with the damage and how old it was so I got in contact with Darren for him to come out to do an estimate. From the time I contacted him to provide an estimate to when my roof was replaced and new gutter installed, he was patient and knowledgeable about the whole process! He made it smooth sailing!! Once the roof was replaced, he made sure I was satisfied and came back out to do a walk around the next day to make sure everything looked good and was taken care of properly! “I was referred to this company by my mortgage company when I refinanced my home. My roof had been damaged by a storm and was aging/needed replacement. Mr. Mendell was fast with a quote and his pricing was the most reasonable of approximately 4 other companies that I got quotes from. He offered a nice quality of shingles for my home and was able to schedule me quickly. His crew arrived on time for the appointment and all work was done was done timely. There was a minor mishap where one of the crew accidentally knocked over part of my retaining wall, I think while placing the large container for my old roofing debris. Mr. Mendell was quick to make this right and I am so grateful for that. I also required a piece of plywood for my roof where there was some damage that was not anticipated in the original quote, and Mr. Mendell provided this for a very minimal additional charge. I would add photos of my nice new roof but it's hard to get a good one that does it justice, given the angle of my home on my small lot but trust me, you will not be disappointed with this company's work and service.“
