Lower is recommended for all services. They helped in time of need, and it was extremely hot when help was called for, and they set an appointment for the very next day, also giving the option to come if it was an emergency. Very pleased.

What a great experience! Well taken care of from the initial phone call. Jennifer took down my info, created an account, and got the particulars of my plumbing problem. She even gave me a tentative service window. Stephen and Brody arrived exactly on time. They were ready to work too. My basement floor drain was not draining. Stephen quickly assessed the trouble, devised a plan, and both he and Brody carried out the repair with no delay. From water pooling up in my basement to full drain capability in less than 30 minutes. My first experience with Lower was phenomenal! Thank you guys for the help!
Another large reputable HVAC company in town told me my heat exchanger was broken during a routine maintenance call. The system was only 15 years old and we had not experienced any problems. Not only did they tell us the part was not under warranty, they quoted us an obscene amount of money to replace it so I asked for a replacement quote. I called Lower for a second replacement quote and after speaking with Todd about my experience, he encouraged me to have a second opinion about the heat exchanger and also that he was surprised that it was not under warranty.
