We had carbon monoxide alarms x2 go off 2 weeks ago. We called the fire department and they shut off the furnace. It was -30 that day! I then called Lower and they had a man here to look at it 3 hours later. I am so impressed with the entire team that got us up and warmer after the parts were shipped here! Thank you so much!

Very nice and helpful people! Fair prices. Super easy to work with. Got our heat fixed quickly (aside from waiting for the part, which of course is no fault of theirs!) Would use them again!!! Thank you guys!

10/10 would recommend!! Outstanding work! Very knowledgeable and professional. They recently replaced a water heater and also had some drain repair done.
