During an emergency situation, they were the only company available to assist a customer in need, quickly restoring heat to their home on a Sunday. The company's friendly and informative technicians, Mike and Dustin, are praised for their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and ability to complete projects efficiently. Customers recommend Schooleys HVAC as their "go-to" HVAC provider, highlighting the company's dependability and quality workmanship.
I am very pleased with the service these guys provided. We initially encountered a problem due to their wholesale provider sending (a) an incorrect part for the furnace; (b) an incorrect A/C unit different from the one ordered, and delivered to a wrong location; and (c) a faulty furnace. None of this was their fault and they didn't rest till they got it right, including driving from Topeka to Lawrence to personally pick up a new furnace. Although I hadn't requested it, they gave me a discount for the troubles I encountered with a 1-day job turning into a 3-day adventure. The technicians are polite, informative, and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

We had our new HVAC system put in today and we couldn't be more happier!! They was very nice and friendly guys ! We highly recommend them .
