“We've used Lower a couple of times at our daughter's house, once for heater and lately on her AC. We've put Lower on our do- call list
for heating and AC . We've used another company lately and weren't entirely satisfied.
Adam did a great job on AC and explained things to my wife. I'm not sure who worked on the heater but they also did a mighty fine job.
The charges are a reasonable hourly rate plus materials. I don't appreciate bs of some other companies.“

“I am very pleased with the service these guys provided. We initially encountered a problem due to their wholesale provider sending (a) an incorrect part for the furnace; (b) an incorrect A/C unit different from the one ordered, and delivered to a wrong location; and (c) a faulty furnace. None of this was their fault and they didn't rest till they got it right, including driving from Topeka to Lawrence to personally pick up a new furnace. Although I hadn't requested it, they gave me a discount for the troubles I encountered with a 1-day job turning into a 3-day adventure. The technicians are polite, informative, and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

“I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. Everyone that works here is professional and friendly. As far as I know they are the only place in Topeka that will sell you parts. They have saved me several times. I was just there today, with my blower assembly for my furnace/AC. I was convinced I needed a new motor and was ready to drop $300 for it. Instead I only needed a capacitor, which for my unit was only $30. I could but these part online for cheaper, but I refuse; I will pay slightly more to get it in town and support an absolutely fantastic local business“
