“We have the annual maintenance plan with polestar that comes with the heating/AC tune up which also comes with the annual plumbing inspection. The technicians are always polite and professional, which is important because my family is typically at the house at the same time. Recently, Rico completed a plumbing inspection for us and did a great job. He was able to explain some things he found and advised recommendations he had. He also mentioned that our water pressure was low and offered to change it based on our preferences. We will continue to use polestar because the price is competitive. And we feel we get a lot of value from them.“

“2025 Updated new service: this time service tech Joseph came out and helped me work a similar issue with a different leaking toilet. Not only was the work of excellent quality Joseph’s Interpersonal skills were exceptional. Century Plumbing seems to have a good group of folks working for them. Keep up the good work.

2023 Based on a recommendation from a family member in the trades, I selected Century Plumbing to help me out after noticing a leak in the basement underneath our toilet. Service tech Chris came out on time as promised, and did a complete job. He didn’t even mind me watching every step of the way so I could learn a little bit more myself. It’s wonderful to know that there are still good, solid folks to do this kind of work. When you find them, hang onto them. Rate was reasonable and fair for my area in Lee’s Summit.“

Call center was unprofessional in getting getting someone out here original appointment was yesterday between 145 and 345 and it got canceled at 730 last night and moved to this morning.
And pricing has greatly increased from last year and that does not represent the serviceman that performed the work he did great but the overall cost is outrageous for a kitchen sink drain cleaning.“
