“My hot water heater stopped working the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday week. I left a message for them and they returned my call before their opening hours and were here by 12:30 pm on Friday. Marion tried to fix and after realizing there was no fix he agreed to get a new one and install the same day. He was supposed to be on leave and instead got my new water heater installed for me. I really appreciate him going above and beyond.“
