When we had a flood in our basement and called 911 Restoration of Kansas City they were awesome from beginning to end. They arrived in a timely manner and completed the pain-staking task of removing all the heavy wet carpet, removed all excess water and prepping the entire basement with fans and other machines preventing mold. They answered all our questions and were great with any follow up issues.
