“Had a clogged sewer line and Paul was recommended by our usual plumber, whom doesn’t have that equipment. Paul was able to fit us in the next day. Very amiable and professional. Ended up not being as quick of a fix as he thought. Rather than leave and come back later, he delayed a corporate job that no doubt pays better than my clogged main crapper pipe. He spent a LOT of time getting us back in the draining sewer pipe business. A few days after it clogged again-50-plus years of grease and gunk build up started coming off in chunks. Texted Paul and he was back out as soon as he could get out here. Fixed us right up and no problems since. He also pointed out that the big-box plumbing company that installed our tankless water heater failed to install a PH neutralizer as the water that drains out of them is very acidic and will quickly corrode our cast-iron sewer lines. He didn’t try to sell me one or sell me on installing one-just showed me what to get that I could install myself. The only downside to his visit is I now have two excellent, local plumbers to choose from.“

Call center was unprofessional in getting getting someone out here original appointment was yesterday between 145 and 345 and it got canceled at 730 last night and moved to this morning.
And pricing has greatly increased from last year and that does not represent the serviceman that performed the work he did great but the overall cost is outrageous for a kitchen sink drain cleaning.“

Well, we had another plumbing issue. Couldn’t get propane water heater to relight. Called Richard on a Friday night. He was able to come out Saturday morning. In virtually no time he was able to fix my problem. Fee was very reasonable especially for a Saturday service call.“
