Call center was unprofessional in getting getting someone out here original appointment was yesterday between 145 and 345 and it got canceled at 730 last night and moved to this morning.
And pricing has greatly increased from last year and that does not represent the serviceman that performed the work he did great but the overall cost is outrageous for a kitchen sink drain cleaning.“

He also mentioned that our water pressure was low and offered to change it based on our preferences. We will continue to use polestar because the price is competitive.
