“Came in for the 45 min reflexology, and was impressed with my service! Mike was my massage therapist and he did an awesome job. Great pressure and relief from my shoulders and neck pain. It’s a little uncomfortable sometimes but you should know that’s a good sign! The 45min included some massage and pressure points on my arms as well as hot stones. From what I understand the 60 min will include neck and shoulder as well so I will try that one next time! Highly recommend giving them a try.“

After working with Dr. Alexander, we not only figured it out but we developed a successful treatment plan. She genuinely cares about each person she sees & helping them get healthy/stay healthy is her top priority. Bc this is my first time ever getting a massage professionally done, it hurt more than it felt good but I’m sure it’s bc of my lack of massages. Her hands never seemed to stop moving.
Her deep tissue pressure was wonderfully consistent; and if her fingers found a knot, it was going to relent before she would.
