As an athlete and someone who pursues a variety of intense workouts, I need my body to perform at the best of its ability. I found Krista through a PT recommendation and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with her massage therapy! She has otherworldly body healing super powers. Krista is amazing! I have gotten massages elsewhere but if you want results you have to see Krista. I have seen her for over 5 years and she always asks what hurts or needs attention today. She is the most wonderful massage therapist I have ever been to! She is so skillful and knowledgeable to give me an experience that is not the same as someone else (She knows my profession and where I’m really needing tension relief). We talk about everything and anything because she is just that easy to talk to, get to know and consider a true friend. I always feel like a new person after my appointment and in a much happier mood.
