Very effective service. I have been in the care of this group twice-once for a chronic back problem, once for an acute neck and shoulder injury. Exceptional results both times. Staff communicates so well and are very professional. Facility and equipment kept immaculate and in excellent working order. I am running out of adjectives! The support during my recoveries was everything I needed. The only difficulty appeared because they are so busy it did not seem I would be seen as soon as needed, which was resolved with their management of cancellations when they called me to come in because someone else could not make their appointment so I was seen in a very timely manner. I can give them the highest recommendation.
Although I am recovering from recent back surgery, Carol, my therapist, is being extremely patient, kind, and helpful during this time at Elite. Her knowledge is extensive and she is helping educate me about the dynamics and physiology of my condition so that I may continue at home with my exercises. Can’t recommend her enough!
