This is the second monthly visit we've had from Uwellness at my preschool (I provide 15 minute chair massages for my teachers monthly) and I feel GREAT!!!! If you love a good DEEP tissue massage like I do, RUN DO NOT WALK!!!

I was experiencing Achilles Tendonitus from working in construction so after many months of rehab with little progress i decided to try the foot reflexology approach. My pain and discomfort reduced by about 25% after the first day and i was completely pain free after about 3 days. I cant say it was completely responsible for my recovery since i was continuing rehab exercises on my own but it definitely was a major contributing factor. It has been about 3 weeks with no pain but it is slowly comming back again so i am making an appointment for another foot reflexology treatment. I will keep you posted.

Great massage experience! The massage therapists were so meticulous and thorough. We did a couples massage - deep tissue and felt super relaxed after! The environment was clean, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.
