The whole experience was great the girls at the front were fast the check in process easy the nurse was easy to talk to the NP I seen was the nicest person listened to all of my concerns treated each one as important as I feel they are which usually doctors tend to dismiss your concerns these days and never once did I feel like my worries were silly and then the lady that took my blood was amazing as well my appointment was at 2pm and I was done and heading home by 3:30pm which is pretty good being this wasy 1st appointment so I had all that paperwork and blood work anyways Im absolutely impressed ?“

“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.“

“From the very first phone call, we were met with a kind, patient, and compassionate voice that truly wanted to help. And help they did! They scheduled us right away, and once we arrived, we were seen by a doctor in about 10 minutes. That alone deserves some love.

Now, the staff? Next-level. Every person we interacted with made us feel seen, heard, and cared for. A special shout-out to Dr. D. Reyes; she’s the kind of doctor you wish you could keep as your family physician. Genuine, kind, and clearly in this for the right reasons. Dr. Reyes is a real one.

This clinic is affordable, worth every mile we drove from Raytown, and honestly? If I could give it 10 stars, I would. If you’re uninsured and looking for care from people who actually see you, not just your symptoms, this is your spot.“
