“A couple weeks ago, I joined the Kent Maintenance Program and scheduled yearly check up for our air conditioning unit. In our area, it was the most cost effective maintenance plan, and Kent had availability within a week. (Other area maintenance programs were at least double the cost and two months out for scheduling!)

The tech arrived first thing on a Monday morning, worked quickly and efficiently and pronounced everything good to go.

It was an incredibly hot week in our area, and by Wednesday night, the upstairs thermostat was registering 75. I realized the circulating air wasn't cool and went outside to discover the a/c unit wasn't running. It was trying to click on but couldn't. Honestly, I thought the repair tech had missed a problem (or worse, created a problem through his work).

I called Kent as soon as they opened on Thursday. I spoke to the owner, Stacey, and she listened as I described my interactions during the maintenance program visit and current issue. She immediately scheduled a tech to return and assess the problem. He arrived soon after our conversation, discovered the issue and repaired the problem. Within an hour of my phone call, the circulating air was cooling our house again. And to top it all off, the service call and part was covered by Kent.

Their commitment to customer service is their top priority. That was reflected in Stacey's care and concern on the phone and in the visit by the tech. They generously covered the problem that could've happened at any time and had nothing to do with the maintenance visit--I still can't believe they did that! Their unexpected generosity solidified their commitment to their customers, in my opinion.“
