I highly recommend Rich and his fantastic crew! They just completed a full installation of our new AC unit and 97% furnace, and the immediate improvement is incredible. Rich's team was incredibly respectful of our house and property throughout the entire day. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company definitely earned one. When my AC stopped working, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got it repaired. A short time later, another issue came up, and they didn’t hesitate to come back and take care of it. That really showed me they stand behind their work.
They were friendly, responsive, and professional, and their pricing was very fair. It’s such a relief to find a company that’s honest, dependable, and truly cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
I wish there were more stars to select! After the storm on 7/27, my power was out until midnight Tues night/weds morning. But the neutral line to my house was damaged (unbeknownst to me) and proceeded to cause major electrical issues in my house. Even had to call the fire department due to an outlet that was smoking almost setting my house on fire. When I realized my HVAC wasn't working, I called out a company that said my system was not repairable and I needed an entire new system for $11,000.
