We called before closing and they had somebody out the very next morning, bright and early which was great! Clayton with Custom Air did a fabulous job! He was on time and very thorough and checked everything for us to make sure everything was running properly with our ac unit, even though he knew exactly what it was but for a sense of mind he answered all of our questions and we now know everything about our unit! Let’s not forget to mention it was ALOT cheaper than expected which is always something to be thankful for, very affordable and great service! We HIGHLY recommend for any services needed &will use Custom Air for any needs in the future!

Singing the praises of Austin at Custom Aire of Valparaiso! We woke up on a Sunday morning with a hot water heater spewing water! With a phone call to Austin we set up an appointment for Monday morning and by noon he had us up and running again with a new unit. I cannot say thank you enough for the quick response - on a weekend - and the fixing of the problem in the fastest response I had ever gotten from a company. Thank you Austin! You guys are fantastic! We will not hesitate to call again for all our HVAC needs.
