After struggling with a new build out four years ago and a large building having four units and it never working properly in the summer or the winter I could not find an HVAC company in Northwest Indiana that seemed to care except for NWI Heating And Air air-conditioning… John, our tech took time to assess the situation and see that the past companies were not doing their job. I recommend no one else but these guys!“

“Called Sub Cooled and Josh was extremely nice when answering the phone and sent a tech out very quickly. Mind you this week called for extreme temperatures with heat indexes going well above region norms. Nick showed up and he was extremely nice and professional. They were able to diagnosis the problem very quickly and explained what the issue was in layman’s terms and broke down what needed to be done. They were able to get the problem resolved quickly and A/C is back to normal!“
