“Called Sub Cooled and Josh was extremely nice when answering the phone and sent a tech out very quickly. Mind you this week called for extreme temperatures with heat indexes going well above region norms. Nick showed up and he was extremely nice and professional. They were able to diagnosis the problem very quickly and explained what the issue was in layman’s terms and broke down what needed to be done. They were able to get the problem resolved quickly and A/C is back to normal!”
