5 star+++! Very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Our furnace went out in January. We called Kent and they came out the same day. The next day they installed a new furnace at a better price than we received in July from a different company. We were in a bad situation. Thankfully, Kent Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue with a great furnace with a great price! Thank you all so much for your professionalism and prompt service.
We have been customers of Kent H&AC since the mid 90's, purchased 2 furnaces and 1 air conditioner, and we have been very satisfied. The technicians they send are always top notch. We have had 2 small issues in all those years that were their responsibility, and when we notified them the issues were taken care of promptly at no charge. I just had a furnace outage repaired (new blower motor), parts were covered by warranty, and they ended up charging us only about 60% of the initial labor estimate because the work went smoothly for the technician and less time was required.Service: Heating system repair
Very professional and the work they did was amazing. So Thankful for A/C. When you get so comfortable and used to it and it happens to go out unexpectedly, you become very humble. Thank you to all the employees!!!
