Great service and efficient!
Top tier. They were quick with answering calls and making sure my appointment was set. Office staff very polite. Robert the technician not only fixed the unit but explained to me why it was broken and wasn’t bothered by my questions. Great overall experience. Thanks American Homeshield for a great contractor.
Our Technician was Chris. He was kind and professional. He explained the problem and fixed it. Would highly recommend him. Paid for the technician to come to the property only. Did not have to pay for the part.
