“Technician was later than updates. He did point out stains that would not come out by his method. I was able to remove them myself. Otherwise, upholstery looked new again and smelled heavenly! He was very kind to my dog and asked if there were other pets in the house that MIGHT escape as my front door was slightly ajar. No company, that I have used in the past, has EVER asked that. My hardwood floors were protected and I was told how to adjust AC for proper drying.”
