The furnace repairman, Mr Jeff, came in and worked on my furnace.I had several issues that needed addressing. He worked until it began to work properly and efficient.He's a very pleasant and respectful man. I appreciated his prompt arrival and constancy.
Jeff and I&M went over and above to help me with a furnace replacement through my warranty company. They advocated for me when the warranty wasn’t coming through…highly recommended!
