Gary took the time to go over everything that I was looking for and also what type flooring I had and recommend the perfect sweeper for me. Riccar never disappoints me. I have two golden retrievers and two cats and you would never know I do by our flooring. Their service on vacuums is thorough and fast and their prices are very reasonable. I had my first Riccar for 25 years and they repaired it so I have a vacuum exclusively for my sewing area and the new one stays upstairs which handles multiple flooring types.
