Paid for him to add a room onto my house and he didn't insulate it or mud it. Found out after having to cut part of it out on the insulation. Edit : Your definitely the correct contractor Pete you also didn't add steps or a railing to a deck I paid to have added on to the house. Pulled out one of the old contracts to make sure sir and insulation was definitely listed on the quote along with mudding.

Extremely poor quality. Communication is extremely poor with attitudes no different than the rest of the world. Get used to. " I didn't figure for that" When you here that, price just went up "IT is what it is" Work is already done so live with it" "I need payment as we go or up front" So he can pick up his tools and leave when you get upset It is what it is. I'll look at Pete and his boys crappy work until I fix it.

Pete and the crew bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted. Their work is superb and a step up from good to great. Had a large deck put on the back of the house and covered all the trim on the house in aluminum and vinyl. Installed new gutters and down spouts. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price
