Called on Sunday night to report furnace quit working...John was here first thing Monday morning and got the part replaced within two hours...kind, professional and efficient. Another group may have taken advantage of the freezing temperatures and emergent request... his fee for part/service was very reasonable. He's had our business for 30 years...and wouldn't think of using anyone else!!

I called John about some furnace issues at 1:50 pm and he was at my door ready to solve the problem at 2:50 pm. I was amazed at how fast he got here! On top of that, he was professional, friendly, explained what he was doing, and gave me some tips on how to keep things running smoothly in the future. The cherry on top was that the price was more than fair.Thanks for your fast, friendly and professional service, John!
