He's well spoken and conversational while being efficient. Mike was fantastic! He was very friendly, accommodating, and communicated all the hvac diagnosis in a respectful and clear manner.
The work was done professionally and perfect. Cleanup was great.
But…, I was in too much of a hurry to get my frozen/burst outside faucet repaired to get competitive quotes. Made the Korte appointment for the next day.
I paid the $1250 bill that seemed too high. Upon getting additional quotes the next day other firms quoted $350 and $400. Buyer beware.
Moises Cruz was our HVAC technician, and he did an excellent job repairing our A/C unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs efficiently. While he was here, he also performed a full service on the unit.
He was very professional throughout the visit and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and what he was fixing. His thoroughness and communication were greatly appreciated.
