The guys were on time and I got a call telling me they were on their way. They were courteous and professional. Kyler BeBee arrived ON TIME, Clean, Neat, and knowlegeable. He's well spoken and conversational while being efficient. Mike was fantastic! He was very friendly, accommodating, and communicated all the hvac diagnosis in a respectful and clear manner.
We had 2 services today from 2 Korte technicians, furnace maintenance and installation of a new water heater. Excellent service! Very thorough and efficient from both technicians. Trevor, the furnace maintenance man, noticed the leak in our water heater and corrosion on the outside of the tank. He got a Korte plumber over here right away, the same day. Nick, the plumber, was able to replace our water heater the same day too due to the rust and corrosion of the old tank, which was 11 years old. Thanks to both of these guys for being so thorough, explaining everything, and even showing us pictures of the damage.
Brandon Faubion was professional and did a great job. Negative is that Korte is pricing themselves out of reasonable pricing. Should be able to receive quote for work being done prior actual job being completed.
The technician was friendly, he listened to what I wanted, even when I changed my mind. They were quick to schedule the work to my schedule! They completed the work in no time. Very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend Korte! My project was electric!
