“Was our 2nd time using these folks. First place I thought of when AC went out in 90° plus heat. Came and quoted the following morning, had quote (with good better best opts) that night, and installed whole new system within a few days. It had a performance issue within a couple days. Let them know and they came back out to Northside the next day and resolved it with a smile - zero hastle needed. Lastly, price was more than competitive with no games are negotiation needed. Would highly recommend using them for HVAC needs.“

They were able to keep an old heat pump limping along until things could be arranged to get a replacement. They are able to answer any questions, provide a good attitude during the consultation and estimate phase and then come out and do conscientious work efficiently with very good value. “Had 2 systems installed by them them last July when we finished out upstair attic. They work great and heat and cool and make it very comfortable. The other night one of the systems flashed and error code and shut down. I called the them and left a message on the non emergency voicemail and expected a call back the following day since it was after hours. To my surprise I got a call back from them that night in less than an hour. I explained what was going on and told him the error code that had came up.he asked me a few questions and told me a few things I can check and do over the phone. This got the system reset and working again for me and he said that he would follow up the following day and schedule a service call if needed. Checked system the following day and everything was working as should. I was contacted the following morning and asked if everything was working and I told him yes everything is working as it should now. Thank you guys for the great customer service I will definitely give them a call when my system downstairs needs replaced or needs service in the future.“

“I had a house fire and the fire restoration company hired that absolute worst of the worst. These "Swift" fellas were out TWICE and they didn't do the job. How do I know? I was so excited for the cleaning that I pulled all my floor registers and peered inside... They were FILTHY!!Enter Jerry Air. I cannot say enough good things about Jerry and his crew. He squeezed me in the same day he contacted me. That day just so happened to be Friday March 17th, St Patrick's Day AND the NCAA playoffs... That's a Friday to take off early! Nope. Jerry, himself, was offended that the other company screwed up twice. Everything went swimmingly. My ducts were clean as a whistle. Jerry and his guy explained everything to me and pointed things out to me, since I'm a nerd that loves to know how things work.15/10 I wouldn't trust anyone else with my HVAC. I recommend Jerry Air to all my clients. I don't want my good ol' central air to die. When it goes, I know exactly who to call. Thanks, Jerry & Co!!!“

“My ac went out when I got home from work, it was 530 pm. I call and Andrew's heating and cooling and he came out that night at 7pm. He was then back the next morning installing a new ac unit and I had ac before noon. That response time and getting the job done means alot. Thank you“
