Doug was fantastic to work with. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible, was very responsive, and worked quickly to get us all set up with a new AC and furnace in just a few days. I'm struggling how to start this review because I'm so satisfied with my service, I dont even know where to begin. Our inside A/C unit went out, on the perfect 95 degree day. I had a "reputable" technican come out from another company, which long story short, he charged me $120 to just look at my system, then was trying to charge me $950 for more coolant and "stop leak" (not guaranteed to work), OR $3,450 to just replace a coil. I got a 2nd opinion from Doug Lee. He was super responsive, came out immediately for a free quote, and said he could get us a whole new unit for $3,300... he was honest, so friendly, and was quick to install. Doug is amazing! He came to give a free estimate and gave professional recommendations. He had great communication and was able to come install a new system quickly. He really cares about his customers and does a high quality job. He even spent the extra time explaining the new system to me and made sure I was happy with the job as well as cleaning up everything when they were finished.
