She scheduled the visit for the very next day. Byron arrived at my house prepared with an understanding of what I had already shared with Whirlpool and got straight to work. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He educated me a great deal about the difference between natural gas and LP and how the orfaces on my new range were the wrong ones. He very quickly replaced them all, tested every burner, adjusted the flame height and oven. I appreciated learning so much and the proficiency of his service.“
