I’ve had a massage from the owner Heather, did a float session, have tried several smoothies, and have done several yoga and Pilates classes with Nancy and Kinny.
All services provided have been phenomenal. I recommend every single one. All the instructors are amazing and help make sure the class is accessible to all levels of experience. Not to mention how affordable all the services are. 10/10 highly recommend!“
