“My CPAP mask broke so I needed one quickly. I googled available places in my area and Hook's came up. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady with a Taylor Swift calendar on the wall. She showed me to the CPAP supply room and got me squared away very quickly. The service was excellent and I highly recommend stopping by if you need medical supplies.“

“This place truly is awesome, and everyone is kind. I already go here for my newborns normal checkups and loved this place for her, especially as a first time mom. Unfortunately she started having a very rattly cough and runny nose and it progressed pretty fast. I was *terrified* . I called them a little after 8 am to see if I could get in same day and they were able to get me in only two hours later after opening. They helped her there in the office and sent me home with what I needed for her as well. Very efficient and proactive. As long as I live in this state, I will be going here. Thank you. <3“

“She saved my life in 2021. If it wasn't for her, Dr. Barak at SC and Dr. Bigler at the PCC, no doubt I'd be dead. I was misdiagnosed by an IU doctor. Terrible, I'll leave it at that. But, Lafayette neurology was the first to help me and got that they deserve 10 stars 🤩“

“I have been a patient here for about 2 and a half years, and they have been absolutely phenomenal! They are very on top of everything and are always very prompt with replies on the secure messaging app. I have been seen for annual visits, mental health and OB care. All of my providers and supporting staff have made me feel welcome and cared for and have met all my needs and then some! I never feel like a burden for asking questions or reaching out for anything. I have had negative experiences with providers while IN the service and it was a breath of fresh air to be treated at a VA such as this one. Truly I have nothing negative to say, and no they are not paying me to write this review lol“
