This place is amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. They have no idea how much it meant that they took an extra 3 minutes to see if there was anything they could do to help me!!! 10/10 will return to this facility and recommend to all me people!

I just wanted to leave a review for the wonderful gentleman (Mark?) who helped my husband while he was in Indiana on a business trip from Casper, Wy. I cannot thank you enough for getting him a mask, so he didn't try and superglue his mask until he got home to order a new one. What a blessing you were in his time of need. I highly recommend Hook’s/Rotech for all your supplies and needs; you won't be disappointed!

It took Hooks 4 days to send a tech when a family member's oxygen concentrator wasn't working properly. People need oxygen every minute of every day so this call should have gotten a quicker response.
