Overall, many are grateful for the caring, helpful, and efficient service they receive at Preferred Pediatrics.
Excellent facility. Excellent staff. We followed our pediatrician here, Dr. Catherine Bell, from her old office on Ferry. The doctors and staff are very friendly. The facility is always clean. I am amazed with the amount of time and care given by these doctors. I never feel rushed or like a number. No one likes the waits in the waiting room, but I honestly don't think I have ever waited more than about 10 minutes if I was on-time. Whoever does their scheduling must be a Time Lord. We love Dr. Bell and all her peers and the staff here. It's the only Dr appointment I look forward to. We get great help here and have no complaints.
It’s been a crazy season for sickness! That being said I’m so thankful to this office and the staff that took care of my son on Christmas Eve day when he woke up with an ear infection. The office was closed but they volunteered to come in to see him so we could get a prescription to get him taken care of. So appreciative, we’ve had ups and downs with this office but that really validated that we’re at the right place. Thank you!
We made the switch to Preferred Pediatrics in December 2020 after spending 7 very unhappy years with our local pediatrician. It’s a 45 minute drive from our house to the office, but the care we have received during the last 15 months has made up for any distance inconvenience.
We see NP Marie Weatherwax and she is just fantastic. She is attentive when I’m voicing concerns, always gives a variety of options for us to talk about/choose, and she has helped us with issues that had been left unresolved by our former pediatrician.
