This place truly is awesome, and everyone is kind. I already go here for my newborns normal checkups and loved this place for her, especially as a first time mom. Unfortunately she started having a very rattly cough and runny nose and it progressed pretty fast. I was *terrified* . I called them a little after 8 am to see if I could get in same day and they were able to get me in only two hours later after opening. They helped her there in the office and sent me home with what I needed for her as well. Very efficient and proactive. As long as I live in this state, I will be going here. Thank you. <3
Love all of the providers at this office! I have 2 children that see NP Marie Weatherwax and she has been amazing to work with. One of my children has significant needs and Marie has been very patient and understanding with his needs, providing resources, med management and referrals. I've never had issues getting same day sick appointments either and every provider my children have seen there has been great!
Excellent facility. Excellent staff. We followed our pediatrician here, Dr. Catherine Bell, from her old office on Ferry. The doctors and staff are very friendly. The facility is always clean. I am amazed with the amount of time and care given by these doctors. I never feel rushed or like a number. No one likes the waits in the waiting room, but I honestly don't think I have ever waited more than about 10 minutes if I was on-time. Whoever does their scheduling must be a Time Lord. We love Dr. Bell and all her peers and the staff here. It's the only Dr appointment I look forward to. We get great help here and have no complaints.
