The nurse practitioner, Kristina Renfrow, is kind, empathetic, and spends time answering all questions, completely understanding patients' concerns. Patients look forward to their appointments with her and feel reassured when they leave. The nurse practitioner, Jessica, is described as compassionate and loving, providing the best possible care.
I had a visit today with Kris renfrow and she is absolutely amazing!! We need more doctors like her!! She didn’t rush through the visit she took the time with me to explain things answered questions and gave me even more advice on what I should do next. She was such a joy to meet! This is a doctor that really cares about her patients and has such a great bedside manner! It was so refreshing to see a doctor care so much!
I feel so well cared for by my provider, Kris Renfrow. She is warm and inviting. She is funny yet always professional. I can talk to her about anything. She assesses my needs and creates appropriate treatment plans. She makes sure I understand those, and checks up on progress in whatever time is appropriate. I'm so very fortunate to have Kris Renfrow as one of my providers.
Dr. Hammond, is an EXCELLENT DR. He took time with me asking me questions and in turn gave me time to tell him how I was feeling. The staff were great.
