I have been a patient here for about 2 and a half years, and they have been absolutely phenomenal! They are very on top of everything and are always very prompt with replies on the secure messaging app. I have been seen for annual visits, mental health and OB care. All of my providers and supporting staff have made me feel welcome and cared for and have met all my needs and then some! I never feel like a burden for asking questions or reaching out for anything. I have had negative experiences with providers while IN the service and it was a breath of fresh air to be treated at a VA such as this one. Had my first appointment with my new primary care team last week, and I was totally impressed from the minute I checked in to walking back out the door at the end. Everyone was SO kind, and the appointment resulted in multiple referrals, all of whom followed up with me directly before the week ended.

The facility is super clean with plenty of parking. Easy to find, and close to shopping/food if you're coming in from more rural areas and want to combine your appointment with some errands. Great experience so far!
