We had gotten a crazy quote fromAnother company before we reached out to kings.I sent an email requesting a quote and the Mr. King was out there within 2 days with quotes and full of informative information about exactly what system they would put in.The two technicians they sent out were respectful and professional. They were extremely good at communicating what they were doing, if they needed anything from us and what their timeline was. The installation was clean and timely and the work was 110% professional.We had some financial difficulties that made us have to stretch the full payment of the job a little bit and the staff at kings were extremely understanding and worked with us. My family and I are super thankful for that.Kings will have mine and my families business and recommendation for life.“

Thermodyn sold me the part to get my mother's heat back on in -8-degree temperatures. They printed the wiring diagram and advised me on what to look for during installation.
